Luke Strachan is a Research Fellow (Statistician) at the York Trials Unit, Department of Health Sciences, University of York, applying statistical expertise to diverse clinical trials since October 2021.

Strachan's research focuses on randomized controlled trial design and analysis across healthcare domains. His current projects investigate bipolar disorder prevention (BART II), pragmatic language interventions for children (E-PLAYS 2), parenting support in bipolar disorder (IBPI), surgical fixation methods (SOFFT), infection control (TIDE), and venous ulcer treatments (VenUS-6), demonstrating expertise in translating statistical methodology into clinical solutions.
