Luke Reader is a Lecturer in the Writing Program at Case Western Reserve University. He holds a PhD in History from UC Irvine (2013). His teaching focuses on histories of democracy, populism, and the ideological use of history. His research examines Leonard Woolf, internationalism, and the British Labour Party in the early 20th century, with recent work on antifascist book groups in 1930s Britain.
