Professor Luke Clements is the Cerebra Chair in Law and Social Justice at the University of Leeds School of Law. His research focuses on social care law, disability rights, and systemic injustice faced by marginalized groups. He previously practiced as a solicitor for over 40 years, litigating landmark cases before the European Court of Human Rights and advising on UK legislation like the Care Act 2014.
