His research spans Data Visualization, Maritime Cyber Security, Geospatial Analysis, and Human-Autonomy Teaming, with particular expertise in translating real-time maritime data into actionable insights. Christison develops interactive visual frameworks for port infrastructure monitoring, cyber vulnerability assessment in autonomous vessels, and environmental data representation in aquatic ecosystems.
Analysis of his publications reveals a consistent trajectory toward interdisciplinary maritime applications, combining cybersecurity with human factors in autonomous systems.
