Luise Renneke serves as a Researcher at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management at the University of Potsdam. She works as a research and teaching associate with primary focus on personnel management issues within public sector organizations.
Her research interests include:
- Personnel Management in Public Sector
- Employee Satisfaction
- Staff Retention
- Team Climate in Public Sector
- Public Administration
Ms. Renneke completed her Bachelor of Arts in Language and International Studies, English at Aalborg University, followed by a Master of Arts in National and International Administration and Policy at the University of Potsdam. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a research assistant at the same Chair, supporting numerous research projects.
Since July 2024, she has been employed as an academic staff member at the University of Potsdam. She advises students on bachelor and master theses through the Moodle platform and contributes to several departmental research initiatives including DIGILOG, eGov-Campus, and studies on public administration during the coronavirus crisis.
