Luisa Franzini

Dr. Luisa Franzini is a Professor and Chair of the Health Services Administration Department at the University of Maryland's School of Public Health. Her research focuses on health disparities, health economics, and econometrics, with an emphasis on healthcare costs, policy innovations in Maryland, and vulnerable populations. She has extensive experience in cost-effectiveness analysis and improving healthcare access for marginalized groups, including Medicaid recipients and chronically ill patients.
