Lucy Westley is a Senior Lecturer in Education (Maths & Professional Studies) at the University of Northampton, affiliated with the Faculty of Health, Education and Society. She holds a Ph.D. and Master of Arts from the University of Northampton. Her research focuses on mathematics education, particularly the mastery approach, self-efficacy, and dyscalculia's impact on student self-concept. She leads the PGCE 5-11 with QTS programme and the Professional Studies curriculum across BA and PGCE programmes.
