Luciano Maffi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Parma, where he has held his position since 2024. He has previously served as a Lecturer at the University of Parma (2021-2024), the University of Salento (2020-2021), and as a Research Fellow at Bocconi University, University of Genoa, and University of Brescia (2011-2013). His academic collaborations extend to Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2022-2024) and visiting researcher roles at institutions including the University of Oxford (2014-2015) and the Rothschild Archive (2018-2019).
