Luca Boggio is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law (IUS/04) at Link Campus University in Rome. He holds additional roles as a contract professor of Law for the Digital Economy at the University of Turin and has taught at institutions including Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and ESCP Europe Business School. He directs the Open Lab for European Studies (Link Campus University/IUSE collaboration) and leads the Observatory on Corporate Development and Reorganization at IUSE. He is also part of the CRISI Center at the University of Turin.
Education & Professional Roles:
- PhD in Domestic and International Commercial Law, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan)
- Cassation lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator for institutions like the National Arbitration Court (Rome) and the American International Commercial Arbitration Court (Wilmington, USA)
- Liquidator of cooperative companies appointed by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development
Research Focus: Corporate governance, insolvency law, digital economy regulation, transnational arbitration, and crisis management in business and public debt contexts. He lectures on these topics in master's programs and legal specialization schools.
Publications & Engagement: Authored three monographs, contributed to a legal manual, and published over 150 essays in Italian and international journals. Member of editorial boards for journals like Rivista di Diritto Societario and Il Diritto Fallimentare. Active in conferences globally, focusing on corporate law crises and digital economy regulation.
