Dr. Lucia Ciciolla is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Oklahoma State University. She leads the Child Adaptation and Maternal Psychopathology (CAMP) Laboratory, focusing on intergenerational transmission of psychopathology, maternal mental health, and parent-child interactions. Her work integrates clinical, developmental, and neuroscientific approaches to address risk and resilience factors in early child development.
- Current projects include the HEALthy Brain and Child Development (HBCD) Study (NIH HEAL Initiative), EMBRACE (Epigenetics of Mother-Baby Reactivity), and studies on perinatal mental health interventions like the Perinatal Mental Illness Screening Tool (PMIST) and BLOOM (maternal-fetal bonding).
