Luc Mallet is an Associate Professor at the University of Geneva’s Faculty of Medicine and Director of the Fondamental Suisse Foundation. He holds roles at Paris Est Créteil University (UPEC) and the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital (UPMC). His research focuses on neuropsychiatric disorders, particularly obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), leveraging deep brain stimulation (DBS) and innovative treatments. He leads the BEBG team at the Brain Institute (ICM), investigating basal ganglia dysfunction in psychopathology.

Research interests include translational studies on pathological repetitive behaviors, oxidative stress in neuropsychiatric disorders, and personalized care through technology. He coordinates projects on DBS efficacy and mental health accessibility.
