Lubomira Valcheva

Lubomira Valcheva, PhD serves as Assistant Professor at New Bulgarian University's Department of Anthropology within the Faculty of Public Administration, Political Science and Sociology. Her academic position is listed as 'главен асистент' (Chief Assistant) in the Bulgarian system, equivalent to Assistant Professor internationally.

Her research spans social history, anthropology, and political science with emphasis on migration, ethnic identity formation, administrative classification systems, and state-individual relations.
