Louise Harder Fischer is an Associate Professor at the IT University of Copenhagen, affiliated with the Business IT Institute. She serves as Head of Section for Digital Business Innovation and Co-Head of the MSc in Digital Innovation and Management. Her research focuses on socio-technical change, knowledge work, and digital transformation, particularly exploring how organizations navigate AI integration and hybrid work dynamics.
Education: cand. merc. dat (Master of Mercantile Data). Key research interests include AI-enabled knowledge work, datafication, and leadership strategies during digital transitions.
