Louise Casey is a Visiting Professor affiliated with the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy. She is a prominent social policy advisor and has held senior roles in UK government, including Director General of the Troubled Families programme and head of the Rough Sleepers' Unit. She is currently Chair of the Institute of Global Homelessness and an independent social policy advisor. Her work focuses on homelessness, community cohesion, and pandemic response.
