Louise Beattie is a Senior Lecturer in the Secondary PGCE Partnerships team at the University of Worcester and serves as the EAL (English as an Additional Language) Lead. She joined the university in 2013 and became the English Subject Lead in 2017. Prior to this, she held roles as Head of English in West Midlands schools and spent 11 years as a Secondary English Advisor in a Local Authority. Her work focuses on teacher education, curriculum development, and educational leadership.
