Louis W. Pauly

Louis W. Pauly is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto and holds the Canada Research Chair in Globalization and Governance. He previously served as the Karl Deutsch Guest Professor at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center within the Global Governance Research Unit. His research focuses on global governance innovations, democratic state adaptation in globalized economies, and complex sovereignty dynamics.
