Prof. Lothar Dieterich is the Heisenberg Professor of Anatomy and Developmental Biology with a focus on the Cardiovascular System at the Mannheim Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University. His research centers on deciphering immune-regulatory functions of lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) in lymph nodes, particularly their roles in cancer, autoimmunity, and chronic inflammatory diseases.
