Lorella Paltrinieri is a Senior Instructor of Italian in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Culture at Colorado State University, where she has taught since 1992. As a native Italian speaker, she brings authentic cultural and linguistic expertise to her first- and second-year Italian courses.
Paltrinieri's teaching emphasizes practical language skills and cultural understanding through diverse topics including Italian cinema, cuisine, music, and contemporary society. Her professional background includes translation work across multiple languages (English-Italian, French-Italian, French-English) spanning technical, scientific, and literary domains.
