Lora Pitman, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Intelligence and Security Studies program at Coastal Carolina University. She holds a Ph.D. in International Studies (2019) and an M.A. in Humanities (2016) from Old Dominion University, along with an LL.M. in Law (2014) from Sofia University, Bulgaria. Her teaching areas include International Security, Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy, and Cyber Threat Intelligence, while her research focuses on Cybersecurity Strategy and Governance, Cyber Information Operations, and Cyber Threats.
