Ljubomir Nacev is a Professor of Law at Salmon P. Chase College of Law (Northern Kentucky University), specializing in tax policy and the intersection of law and society. He advises students participating in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and is affiliated with the American Tax Policy Institute and National Tax Association.
