Liz Cooper is an Assistant Professor in Strategy and Enterprise at the Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-Watt University. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh (2022) and completed an ESRC-funded Postdoctoral Fellowship at Heriot-Watt. Her research focuses on sustainability in organizations, particularly analyzing conversations and decision-making processes using discursive psychology. She is actively involved in the Sustainable Circular Innovation Lab and the SOCIAL social psychology lab.
Affiliations: Member of the British Academy of Management (Sustainable and Responsible Business), Academy of Management, and Royal Society of Edinburgh Young Academy of Scotland. Peer reviewer for funding bodies including the British Academy and ESRC.
Research Interests: Sustainability in organizations, qualitative analysis of workplace interactions, product and supply chain sustainability, and circular economy strategies. Her work bridges discursive psychology and sustainable business practices.
