Lisbeth Kvam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health at NTNU's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, specializing in disability inclusion and vocational rehabilitation.
Her research examines:
- Barriers to employment for people with disabilities
- Implementation of welfare technologies in rehabilitation
- Multi-stakeholder approaches to inclusive education
Recent work includes studies on transition support systems between higher education and employment, and critical analyses of sheltered employment models. Her research informs policy development for universal design in service provision.
