Dr. Lisa Zaidell is a Senior Lecturer in Human Sciences, affiliated with the Health and Wellbeing Research Centre and the Sport and Exercise Science Research Centre (SESRC). Her work spans lab-based experimental studies and community health interventions, focusing on physical activity's physiological effects. She teaches across Sports and Exercise Science and Biosciences degrees, leading modules like Anatomy and Physiology for Sport and Measurement in Sport and Exercise Science.
