Lisa VanRaemdonck is an Executive Director of Outreach, Partnerships & Professional Learning and Lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver’s School of Public Affairs. She leads strategic initiatives bridging academic and professional public service sectors through collaboration, systems thinking, and equity-focused approaches. Her roles include directing the Denver Community Leadership Forum and Rocky Mountain Leadership Program, emphasizing leadership development and policy communication.
- Education: Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan; Bachelor of Science in Biology (with journalism focus) from Michigan State University.
Her work integrates public health practice, community engagement, and systemic equity, informed by prior roles as Executive Director of the Colorado Association of Local Public Health Officials and co-director of the Colorado Public Health Practice-Based Research Network. She has over 10 years of volunteer experience in animal welfare and advocacy.
