Lisa Tuppo

Lisa Tuppo is a permanent Researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), specifically within the Institute of Biosciences and BioResources (IBBR) in Naples. Her academic career has centered on the structural, functional, and immunological characterization of proteins and peptides from food and environmental sources with implications for human health.
