Maria Cammareri

Maria Cammareri is a Senior Researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR) within the Institute of Biosciences and Bioresources (IBBR-CNR), based in the Portici Division. She holds a Ph.D. in Plant Biotechnology from the University of Naples Federico II (2004) and has extensive experience in postdoctoral research at institutions like Wageningen University and the Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular de Plantas (CSIC-UPV, Spain). Her research focuses on plant genetics, genomics, and metabolic engineering, particularly in tomato and other crops.
