Lisa Simone Duke is an Affiliate Lecturer of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, where she has taught for nearly 30 years across Degree and Executive Education programs as Programme Director. She also serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Her research bridges organisational behaviour and strategy, emphasizing practical applications in problem solving, team execution, creativity-enabled value creation, and leadership experimentation for behavioral change. She investigates how leaders maintain curiosity while embedding new behaviors and measures post-programme behavior change efficacy.
