Lisa Radtke Bliss

Lisa Radtke Bliss is a Clinical Professor at Georgia State University College of Law and former Associate Dean of Experiential Education. She co-directs the Health Law Partnership (HeLP) Legal Services Clinic, an interdisciplinary medical-legal collaboration addressing health-harming legal needs. She holds an adjunct appointment in Pediatrics at Morehouse School of Medicine, emphasizing her cross-institutional impact.
