Clark D. Cunningham is a Professor of Law and inaugural holder of the W. Lee Burge Chair in Law & Ethics at Georgia State University College of Law. As director of the National Institute for Teaching Ethics & Professionalism and co-editor of the International Forum on Teaching Legal Ethics & Professionalism, he has shaped global discourse on legal professionalism.
