John Stinneford is a Professor of Law and Edward Rood Eminent Scholar Chair at the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. He serves as Senior Fellow and inaugural Director of the Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Education, focused on promoting civic education and intellectual diversity. His expertise spans Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Sentencing, and Legal Ethics.
