Lisa Pawlik

Lisa Pawlik is Teaching Professor of Business Communications and Area Chair at University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. She teaches managerial writing and presentation skills to BBA and MBA students, while coaching in action-based learning programs including the MBA MAP and Tauber Institute projects. She holds an MBA from University of Michigan (1990) and BS from Kettering University (1985).

With over 20 years of corporate experience at General Motors, including executive leadership in Competitor Intelligence, Pawlik brings practical industry perspective to communication pedagogy. Her research examines how formal communications influence project execution and knowledge work in organizational contexts.
