Lisa Marie Sneijder is a Research Fellow at the Department of History, Archeology, Arts, Philosophy and Ethics within the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), specializing in decolonial design practices and curatorial activism. Her work bridges art history, visual culture, and social justice through critical analysis of design's role in anti-colonial movements.
Her research centers on decolonial aesthetics in digital and physical spaces, examining how curation and design disrupt colonial narratives.
