Lisa Gray is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at Regis College, where she has taught since 2018 after providing clinical services to military dependent children and families as a civilian contractor for the Department of the Army. Her extensive clinical background spans trauma therapy for abused and neglected children across hospital, school, and military settings.

Dr. Gray's research centers on advancing mental health care for military community members with emphasis on children and families, exploring trauma treatment within military contexts, military spouse well-being, and evidence-based interventions for vulnerable populations.
