Link Olson is a Professor of Biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, affiliated with the Department of Biology and Wildlife within the College of Natural Science and Mathematics. He also serves as the Curator of Mammals at the University of Alaska Museum of the North.
His research focuses on evolutionary mammalogy, spanning taxonomy, phylogenetics, molecular evolution, and conservation biology. These interdisciplinary interests bridge systematics, genetics, and ecological preservation.
