Ling Li

Ling Li is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at Manchester Metropolitan University's Department of Strategy, Enterprise and Sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool Management School, an MBA (Distinction) from Lancaster University, and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University. Her interdisciplinary research examines Indigenous entrepreneurship, relational worldviews, and narrative methodologies within Chile's Mapuche context.

Research focuses on storytelling approaches to understand entrepreneurial processes through cultural worldviews. Additional interests include sustainable entrepreneurship and participatory action research methods.

Recent conference presentations at RENT and ISBE explore the intersection of relational philosophies and entrepreneurial journeys. Dr. Li serves as a visiting scholar with the European Council for Small Business at Audencia Business School in France.

Prior academic work includes research collaborations with Worldwatch Institute and Centre for Alternative Technology, along with professional experience in carbon offset project management and small business consultancy.
