Line Revsbæk is an Associate Professor at the Department of Culture and Learning, Aalborg University, within The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. She specializes in organizational learning, onboarding processes, and newcomer innovation, with a focus on pragmatist methodologies and complexity theory. Her work bridges academic research and practical organizational development through participatory action research.
Education: PhD in Organizational Learning (2015, Aalborg University) and MSc in Psychology (2006, Aarhus University). Her research explores how organizations adapt through employee socialization and how newcomers contribute innovative solutions. She has led projects on onboarding strategies for welfare organizations and organizational change.
Research emphasizes creative problem-solving in uncertain contexts, utilizing reflexive methodologies and collaborative inquiry. Her articles address topics like democratic organizational practices, sustainable innovation, and participatory research ethics.
Key projects include the 4-year 'SUA Onboarding' action research initiative and multiple consultancy engagements. She has supervised one PhD student and contributed to 54+ publications since 2011.
