Lindsey Ford is a Lecturer in Mathematics Education and Subject Leader for PGCE Secondary Mathematics at the University of Reading's Institute of Education (IoE). She teaches on the PGCE programme and convenes the EDM095 module for the MA English Language Education, involving international engagement in Guangzhou, China. Her work focuses on mathematics education, teacher training, and special educational needs, with an interest in cross-national education systems. She joined the IoE in 2022 after 18 years in secondary school teaching, including roles as Head of Department and Assistant Principal.
