Lindsey A. Goldberg is an Assistant Professor of International Relations in the Department of Political Science at the University of Florida, affiliated with the Department of Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Graduate Certificate in Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Iowa (2022). Her research examines gender intersections with global conflict, particularly focusing on sexual/reproductive violence and women’s roles in armed rebellions. She employs a student-centered teaching approach in both undergraduate and graduate courses.
Her current book project explores how rebel ideologies shape gendered identities and reproductive violence. Her work appears in journals like Conflict Management and Peace Science and The British Journal of Political Science. Lindsey’s research also includes developing datasets on public gender egalitarianism and analyzing network structures in conflict dynamics. She advocates for pluralism in international relations scholarship.
