Linda Mindlin is a mezzo-soprano and Lecturer at Westminster Conservatory of Music, Rider University, where she has taught voice since 1998 and held a full-time position since 2009. A graduate of Westminster Choir College, she holds degrees in voice performance and music education.
Her performance background includes roles in opera, operetta and musical theater productions such as The Magic Flute, L'enfant et Les Sortileges, The Gondoliers, South Pacific, and Carousel. She has performed as a soloist in concerts and oratorios throughout the tri-state area and maintains an active recital career, including premieres of contemporary works.
Teaching emphasizes healthful and artistic singing through vocal exercises and varied repertoire, including works in multiple languages. She prepares students for competitions and performances while fostering technical development and artistic expression across diverse musical styles.
