Linda Homan is a Senior Lecturer (part-time) at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) in the Faculty of Health, Education and Social Care, Peterborough. She concurrently serves as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner with CPFT CAMHS Home Treatment Team. Her work blends academia with frontline mental health practice and social care.

Research Focus: Priorities include youth health outcomes, child/adult protection, risk assessment in social work, socioeconomic impacts on health, and mental wellbeing. She explores ecological theory integration in social work practice and stress coping mechanisms linked to smoking and obesity.
Teaching: Leads modules on Mental Health, Safeguarding, Social Work Law, and interdisciplinary impacts on wellbeing across Anglia Ruskin's Social Work BA program.

- Managed funding for 57 youth groups in Cambridgeshire.
- Current focus: Public health applications in Fenland/Peterborough.
