Linda Handlin is an Associate Professor at the University of Skövde, affiliated with the School of Health Sciences and Department of Health Sciences. She teaches pharmacology and physiology in nursing and biomedicine programs.
Her research focuses on the anti-stress system, particularly the oxytocinergic system, exploring how sensory stimulation and human-animal interaction can promote health through neuroendocrine mechanisms. She collaborates with the GRASP research group at Linköping University.
