Linda Grace Solis

Dr. Linda Grace Solis (she/her) is an Associate Professor of Applied Humanities at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine (UIWSOM), where she joined the faculty in June 2017 and serves within the Clinical and Applied Science Education Department. Her work focuses on integrating social justice principles into medical education and enhancing healthcare workforce equity through interactive learning strategies.

Dr. Solis actively mentors medical students and leads national initiatives as a former secretary, chair, and immediate past chair of the Council on Diversity and Equity at the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM). She also chaired the Board of Commissioners for the Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio, reflecting her commitment to social justice.

Her volunteer leadership and academic advising roles demonstrate her dedication to advancing equity in both medical education and broader community contexts.
