Lina Rodriguez is an Assistant Professor in the School of Image Arts at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds an MFA in Fine Arts and BFA in Film from York University. As a Colombian/Canadian filmmaker, her work includes four feature films and six shorts showcased at Berlinale, TIFF, Locarno, NYFF, and other major international festivals.
Her films have received theatrical distribution and appear on platforms including Criterion Channel, Mubi, iTunes, and Crave. She is currently in post-production for a feature documentary and developing a Colombian-Canadian psychological thriller.
