Lina Daouk-Öyry is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour at BI Norwegian Business School, where she has been employed since 2022, and holds an adjunct professorship at the American University of Beirut. Her scholar-activist approach bridges academia and practice, focusing on people-management-organization-society intersections within Arab MENA, healthcare, and extreme crisis contexts.
