Lillian Naccarati

Lillian Naccarati, EdD, serves as Executive Director of The Campus Laboratory School and Early Learning Center at Carlow University, while also holding a professorship in the Department of Education and Liberal Arts. With extensive experience spanning elementary/middle school teaching, central office administration (including roles as Director of Pupil Personnel, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent), she bridges educational theory and practice with a global perspective on teaching and leadership.
