Lilian Miles

Lilian Miles is Professor of Sustainability and Social Enterprise at the University of Westminster's Westminster Business School. Her research focuses on gender, migration, and labor rights in developing economies.

She examines working conditions for women in Bangladesh, China, and Malaysia, with recent projects addressing sexual/reproductive health for migrant workers and Rohingya refugees. Miles co-leads the Research Centre on Peripheral Populations and the Diversity and Inclusion Research Community.
