Dr Natasha Ramachandran is a Chartered Psychologist, Lecturer in Psychology, and Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) at the University of Westminster. She completed her PhD in 2023 and specializes in cortisol research methodologies, with a focus on biomarkers of health and well-being in first-generation UK migrants.

Her research spans psychoneuroendocrinology, inclusive methodologies, and stress-related biomarkers. She leads the 'Psychology Research and Accessible Methodologies' working group, promoting equitable research practices, and has piloted studies on cortisol sampling protocols in migrant populations funded by the University of Westminster's Health Innovation and Wellbeing community scheme.
Recent publications highlight her work on the cortisol awakening response (CAR), participant experiences in biological psychology research, and stress-related biomarkers.
