Lili Qiu is an Adjunct Research Fellow and Academic Tutor at the UWA Business School, University of Western Australia, and a lecturer at Stanley College. Her academic roles include tutoring in data-driven decision making, marketing analytics, and consumer behaviour units across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Her educational qualifications include a PhD in innovation, marketing, and management from the University of Western Australia, a double Masters in Electronic Business and Commerce, and a Bachelor of Arts from Jinan.
Dr. Qiu's research spans innovation management, strategic alignment, big data analytics, digital transformation, international business, and consumer behaviour, with growing emphasis on financial literacy disparities through cultural and gender lenses. Her methodological approach combines longitudinal analysis with empirical field studies to examine complex business dynamics.
Her publication trajectory reveals two dominant research streams: (1) innovation-strategy-firm performance interrelationships using path-dependence frameworks, and (2) cultural determinants of financial literacy gaps. These works bridge business administration, behavioral economics, and cross-cultural consumer research.
