Dr. Liam Leonard is a Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Winchester since 2022, part of the Faculty of Law, Crime and Justice. He holds a PhD and has over 20 years of international academic experience, including roles at Arden University, Northern Arizona University, and the National University of Ireland.
