Dr. Lewis Goodings is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), based in the Faculty of Science and Engineering's Psychology, Sport and Sensory Science school. He joined ARU in 2017 after completing his PhD in Social Psychology at Loughborough University (2010) and roles at the University of Roehampton and University of East London. His research focuses on digital technologies' impact on mental health, self-identity, and affective practices, with particular attention to social media and mental health apps.
